Post: Senior Sales Director

For a successful and rapidly growing firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in Richmond, London City, Farnham, Reading, Tunbridge Wells, Croydon, Stevenage, Amersham, Bury and Southampton.

Experience

Proven success in previous B to B sales, ideally business consultancy professional services or accounting services.
Good potential for career development and growth
Dynamic, ambitious and target driven
Able to communicate effectively with SME Business Owners as well as CFOs/CEOs.
Ideally some knowledge of accounting and BPO (though training will be provided).
A good eye for figures, negotiation skills and general business acumen

Role

  • Reporting to Business Development Director
  • Most warm leads provided though own initiative also required.
  • 15 – 20 calls per day 2 meetings per day
  • Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
  • Reaching established targets and goals £250K new revenue
  • Management of social media executives and working with team of two telesales.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting new targets
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Possibly dealing with some customer accounts yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Management of CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Increasing business opportunities through new routes to market
  • Assistance with office management duties as required

Role can be based in Tunbridge Wells, Farnham, Stevenage, Amersham, Southampton, Richmond Prospect clients primarily based in South East UK though the company is expanding through northern England and some travel her may be required.
