I am the Outsourcing Director at SKS. Utilising our unique outsourcing model specifically tailored for accountants, I help our partners become more efficient, improve profitability, reduce costs, increase growth, and help reduce the headaches that we all have on a day-to-day basis running UK practices.
My background is working with accountants, providing tailored solutions, navigating complex scenarios, and delivering efficiencies for my clients. I developed the UK outsourcing for accountants offering alongside our CEO, Sanjay Swarup, capitalising on our incredible proprietary software, utilising our experience in the outsourcing market for over 13 years.
Outside of work, I love sport, holidays, dogs and my family. I have two grown up children who I am very proud of and an eight-year-old stepson who is as mad on sport as me. Drew, our Labrador / Cocker spaniel is nearly 3, he is as mad as a hatter and loves his ball and long walks in the countryside. In 2023 I got married to my wonderful wife Michelle in the beautiful Ribble Valley. I support Liverpool FC, Welsh rugby and most of all I love golf! I struggle to play off a handicap of 5 and no matter where I am, how bad the weather is my clubs will not be far behind.

My experience is in helping accountancy firms in the US grow their practice, improve profitability and save on costs. I developed the US outsourcing for accountants offering alongside our CEO, Sanjay Swarup, in 2023 following the success of the proposition in the UK accounting market. My expertise is navigating complex scenarios and providing tailored solutions to my clients.
Outside of work, I am a keen golfer. I turned professional some years ago playing off a handicap of +3 – I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the sport while working in it. I also maintain a strong commitment to personal fitness, dedicating time to the gym and love paddle tennis. I am also getting married next year, to my fiancé, Brooke and enjoy all the quality moments with friends and family!
